Sydney has a strong passion for mental health advocacy, community support, and helping others feel seen and heard. She has experience working with adolescents and strives to meet clients where they are.

In her spare time, Sydney has been involved in community initiatives focused on reducing stigma and increasing access to support, as well as directing youth theatre productions in Defiance and Hicksville.

Sydney values creating a welcoming, compassionate environment where people can feel comfortable being themselves and working toward their goals. Clients describe Sydney as energetic and passionate while also being an amazing support and attentive listener.

All of our therapists are licensed in the state of Ohio and are continually working to keep their skills sharp through further training and education.
